Hi! I'm Katie, and I'm so honored that you are considering working with me. I am a counselor who cares deeply about meeting people right where they are and being a compassionate companion on their life's journey.
I received my M.S. in Counselor Education from East Carolina University in 2021 and have been providing outpatient therapy throughout my career. I have a special passion for working with adolescents and young adults as they emerge into adulthood and adapt to all that this stage of life brings.
I believe that the heart of transformational counseling is a therapeutic relationship centered on trust and safety and I seek to connect with clients in ways that make them feel seen, heard, and known.
